I rented from winter '08 through summer '08.

I lived at Rosemont Terrace for 2 & half years only to endure constant harassment from the property supervisor, Larry Rosenbaum. I had flooding in my entry way hall for over 2 yrs where water literally leaked thru the light socket. I had neighbors who were domestic violent almost daily and nothing was done to create a peaceful living environment after numerous complaints to the manager. I actually had 5 managers in 2 & half years. The dishwasher never worked and my stove would electrocute me while cooking - come to find out the stove was over 30 years old and they refused to replace it. Rosemont Terrace is ghetto and they're nothing more than slumlord owned & operated. The maintenance man is a registered sex offender and I verified it thru Megan's Law.com. There are several other registered sex offenders who reside at Rosemont Terrace. People who have bad credit & evictions and/or criminal convictions are very much welcome at these apartments. People who work for a living and support their own and mind their own business aren't welcome. Rosemont Terrace isn't anything more than the ghetto sitting right in the heart of Rosemont, which is a very nice community to reside - I've been in Rosemont for 16 years! People who have a fixed income are welcome and people who sell drugs are welcome. The swimming pool was rarely open due to it constantly being shut down by Environmental Health because it couldn't pass inspection. Rosemont Terrace is not the place you want to reside nor do you want to raise your children there. I'm in the process of taking legal action against Rosemont Terrace for harassment and gainfully get my deposit back. I was charged for carpets & paint & cleaning after 2 & half years for residency and the law states otherwise. Rosemont Terrace does whatever they can illegaly and then they hide behind their slumlord attorney's - who are suppose to be a mediator-source for the tenants as well as the apartments - which isn't true at all... don't rent from Rosemont Terrace, you will regret that move if you do!
