New management at Hazel Ranch has decreased usable space, increased rent 25-50% and has cancelled the security service - they have night maintenance now. Well, quite frankly after having mine and two neighbors cars broken into within 2 weeks and car alarms from rocks every night I think I would rather have security. When confronted, the management said, "crime happens with or without security". Thank god we are moving. The place is a swamp because they don't know the difference in watering grass and filling the pool. Maintenance is non-existant- old management was a dream and fixed everything. Now half the lights are out, trash and dog crap everywhere on the grass (DO NOT WALK ON THE GRASS), half the cabinets in each apartment have been removed, and the rent has been increased, on average, close to 40%. We moved down the street into really nice apartments with twice the square footage, very economical and TONS of storage space, for what we were paying for this hell-hole before the new "don't care about you" management moved in. Office women are bitches, but hey- they are nice to look at, if thats the only reason you pay rent. Just don't try to ask them aserious question, they will look at you like you are stupid or just directly tell you that they can't help you - READ, "I DON'T CARE".
