THE TOWN HOUSE IS OLD IN EVERY ASPECT, CAR WAS BROKEN INTO TWICE RESULTING IN 2,000 DOLLARS WORTH OF DAMAGE, CAR WAS EGGED, NEIGHBORS CAR WAS PHYSICALLY STOLEN AFTER IT HAD BEEN VANDALIZED TWO TIMES BEFORE, NEIGHBOR HAS RATS AND HAD TO VACATE HER HOME WHILE PEST CONTROL CLEANED HER TOWN HOUSE, SOMEONE TRIED TO BREAK INTO OUR HOUSE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY, HOMELESS PEOPLE SPOTTED ALL OVER FACILITY O WAIT SOME ACTUALLY LIVE HERE AND PLAY HOMELESS AT THE SHELL GAS STATION...MARY SUCKS, OXYGEN SUCKS TOO THEY DO NOTHING TO HELP YOU OUT...PARKING HORRIFIC...PLEASE RUN NOW!!!!!! I actually loved this place. For one the rooms are huge, I mean 15 x 15 at least and there is a walk-in closet. Bad part is the townhouses are located literally on WATT ave and it is almost impossible to get back going South on Watt or going West on Fair Oaks without getting damn near side swiped. Another thing is, although some apartments are updated, most aren't and everything is old inside as far as cabinetry and style goes. There is ALOT of storage and closet space, alot more than youll find in most apartments. Stairway is narrow, ok sized patio, but new landlord wants pets less than 25lbs, so I have to exit, because I wouldn't give my babies up for the whole world. I love the manager, Mary, though. She is actually very awesome, they have always got my service requests finished in a timely manner and she is very reasonable when it comes to all things. If I was allowed to keep my doggies I would stay. So, I hope this helped you and I would rent here again if the pet policy changed... I believe it was worth the price for me personally because I was paying less than the average I rented from spring '07 through spring '08. ...

I have lived in Sacramento for the past 5 years, and this is BY FAR the worst apartment complex I have lived in. They have changed property manager's 3 times, I had to live somewhere else during the summer months because they could not properly fix my air, which resulted in my apt being over 100 degrees, gave my covered parking spot away, charged me double for PG&E bills, as well as, over charged for SMUD, entered into my apartment without calling me and left a huge mess, Maiten.used my restroom while I was away after fixing my air, manager lost my rent check and tried to charge me a late fee of $50., and let people into apartments that do not belong to them. I rented from fall '06 through fall '07. ...

I spent 2 wonderful years at the Estates @ Wilhaggin and would recommend it for students or those looking to have access to everything central Sacramento has to offer.
