The oncite believes she can record any conversation with a Tennant without asking the Tennant wether the Tennant wants to be recorded. The oncite managers name is Bernice. This oncite manager turns her phone off apparently because she thinks she is disabled but isn't documented disabled. She continues to act as if she is dying. I am a current tenant who pays my rent. However, this The oncite manager of Kinglesy apartments talks about OCD issues with noise even normal noise and believes anyone who rents directly above her is suppose to walk on egg shells around her OCD. She also has a tendency to gossip about any Tennant and the gossip is often seriously toxic. ...
