Very Noisy complex with lots and lots of kids screaming and yelling all day. The tenants are constantly breaking house rules and the Property Manager does little or nothing but see's to it that the rent is collected. We have been in our apartment for 13 years and this present owner ruined it when they took over in 2000. They cut down 10 palm trees construted balconies on the main building and didn't finish it. It's just a wood structure and its been that way for 7 years. A real eye sore. Maintenance is so-so. The elevator has been broken for 5 months now and parties are a real problem. The police have to come by almost every weekend. There is no Manager on weekends and at nights. There are also car breakins, homeless people, and trash everywhere. It's a real shame. I rented from winter '00 through summer '08. ...
