if I could give this place 0 stars I WOULD! let’s start off by saying how roach invested these apartments are, you’ll find a roach at any corner of your apt no matter how clean you keep it. 2nd, there’s always homeless people in the dumpster & the front gate is always broken because the manager allows kids to play on the gate & break it every other day. the mailboxes are constantly getting broken into & the on site manager doesn’t do sh** about ANYTHING because she’s always too busy getting drunk with other tenants. how’s management you ask ? THE WORST management I have EVER dealt with. they pick & chose sides between tenants based on if they like you or not & will give you a 30 day notice to move out for NO REASON. constantly turning off the water with NO 24 hour notice (which is illegal) & there’s about 12 empty apts which homeless people squat & sleep in! all those empty apts should just say enough tbh, it is a month to month lease & almost EVERYBODY moves out within their first to second month of living there. you’re not allowed to have visitors, you’re not allowed to have small get togethers & your not allowed to have parties there! but oh if it’s the on site manager & her friends that are tenants everything is allowed. the on site manager is always having baby daddy drama at the apts & having her bf & baby daddy fighting right in front of the complex! the manager named Rosio at the leasing office is SOOOO unprofessional & rude. she’s always in a bad mood & will try to get loud & crazy with you. she doesn’t gaf about any problems within the apts & will straight up ignore you for weeks, nothing gets fixed & everything breaks. the leasing manager Linda came up to my door & tried to steal my ring camera off of my door (I have footage) & laughed about it when I confronted her. this place is a complete joke & so is the management! they’re just waiting to get a lawsuit, this place needs to be shut down! oh & don’t let me forget that your car will ALWAYS get towed here even if you have a parking permit. if the on site manager doesn’t like you she’ll call the tow company & get your car towed! I suggest you do yourself the favor & DO NOT RENT HERE unless you want to feel like your in prison & want to get kicked out for no valid reasoning's! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE APTS, I PROMISE YOU!!!!! ...
