Apartments were built in the 1950's but are renovated and modernized. Units themselves are spacious and have essentials such as AC and refrigerator, not to mention patio/balcony. My major complaint is the sound insulation of the apartment, which is lacking and what is to blame for an upstairs neighbor who aggressively invades my privacy and makes my living situation overall uncomfortable by making frequent knocks and sounds at me. The management has failed to take meaningful action in response to my complaints which has left me having to take some sort of legal action as my only resort to rectify the issue, though they did offer an exit out of my lease. The apartment would otherwise be perfectly fine but beware that the building allows for stalking and harassment if your adjacent neighbor has the capacity for it. ...
