Nice apartments but the area is not so good. There is homeless people around the outside of the complex, on the side streets and sometimes found in the complex. Parking is terrible, people park in others spaces because they don’t want to park on the street and risk having their car broke into. It’s like the show Parking wars. Packages are opened and stolen. Weed smoke invades my apartment and you can smell it in the stairwell. People leave trash in front of their doors just lazy and nasty. Condoms found in the stairwell and weed trash. ...
