The manager is never in the office.She doesn't go over the lease with you, and is almost impossible to actually get in contact with in person. She doesn't always return phone calls back in a timely fashion.She also offered us a free carpet cleaning when we signed our new lease but when we asked about the free carpet cleaning later she said that offer had expired a month ago.She also never did a walk- thru with us after we moved out.
