Location and price were good, but the apartment manager was terrible. The upstairs neighbor was a meth addict who would party all hours of the night for several days straight. This issue lasted for months and the manager never evicted the tenant, he moved out by himself. The police were called a dozen times and the manager did nothing. Also, the window design constantly had condensation like waterfalls all winter and developed mold/mildew in less than a week. Then, the manager had the nerve to charge for window cleaning upon leaving the complex. The price may be good. The location may be good. But, unless you really need to save money GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Laundry facilities were also dumpy and the washing machines did not always wash the laundry properly. You have been warned. I rented from summer '06 through spring '07. ...
