I leave in a 2bd/ 1 bath monthly rent 1230 near CSUN but is it worth it? Its less expensive than other apartments near CSUN. Well lets see where do I start?!?!?!?! This place blows! The manager… I cant understand what the hell she/ he are saying so they always make us talk to their rude ass niece/ daughter (with her F’n Attitude). I thought they were racist for a quick second but they miss treat all of their tenants. Don’t bother filling out a maintenance request form, since they will never fix it. All of the apartments come with A/c they don’t work. During the summer it gets so hot it feels like a sauna! There are creepy crawlers all year round even after they fumigate. The building creeks, try having guest over and they complain your making to much noise, parking sucks, they should clean the pool more often, and it smells… like curry/ Indian food with cigarettes all the time. I can’t wait to move out! I rented from fall '07 through winter '08. ...
