BEWARE OF HIDDEN MOVE OUT COSTS! Lived in a 2br 2bath for 2 years w/ room mate. After move out we were charged 'prorated fees' of almost $900 dollars to cover normal wear and tear. Lease allows 'other charges' to be deducted from security and or pet rent w/o warning. PARKING SUCKS and STAFF ARE UNHELPFUL and UNKNOWLEDGABLE. ...
