As a tenant all I can say is don’t live here! The fire alarm goes off 1 to 3 times a week (sometimes a day) even though there is no fire. Most of the time it’s really late at night. I feel so bad for the fire department having to come out here every time. The “wooden” flooring is done so bad. The pavement underneath is so uneven so the wooden flooring doesn’t lay right. The security is so horrible. They don’t check if you live here or not. Literally anybody can go in the building at anytime. The bathrooms always smell like sewage. There are rats! You can hear them in the walls and see them in the garage. There is random furniture & working appliances in the underground garage. Cars in the garage get vandalized. So that just proves security isn’t good here. The tiles on the roof top are so wobbly. Also the grills have fire alarms but one looks like to be pulled out and the wires are exposed, which doesn’t seem to safe. I had sent emails about issues on my apartment & no one contacts you back or until DAYS LATER! I wouldn’t say these apartments are considered “luxury”. Management is just horrible! They are so rude. You would think they would be nice to tenants. Oh also if you lose your key card (like a hotel) they charge you for a new one even though the doors has number codes that you can’t even utilize. The doors are painted so bad! The paint job is so patchy. I believe this building was open too soon and too fast. You can tell so much stuff is still undone. I regret staying here! For the price of renting it’s not worth it. You can get a better apartment for the same price couple of blocks away ...
