The rent at this place is quite cheap for the area($1500/month for a dual master), and you soon know why when you move in. The walls are very thin, you can hear your neighbors TV, radio, and conversations. The plumbing is very noisy, I have to turn up the TV in my bedroom to hear it over the toilet being flushed, even when it is my neighbors toilet. The floor on the second story bounces when you walk on it, I am sure the downstairs neighbor can hear your every move. The place was built in the early 80's and most of the appliances look like they are the originals(and work about as well as you would expect from nearly 30 year old junk). There was a rash of garage break ins when we first moved in. The parking is pretty crowded, and they tow with no warning(it cost me $180 and nearly half the day to get my car back when the parking permit fell off the rear view mirror). They don't seem to like to replace bulbs on the walkway lighting, they are out for months at a time. I would not recomend the place. I rented from summer '07 through summer '08. ...
