HORRIBLE PLACE! Nothing but problems with both apartment and ESPECIALLY with staff. When you're first inquiring about living here, they're nothing but help. As soon as you move in, and sewage backs up into your bathroom sink within a week of moving in, garbage disposal is loose (fixed by maintenance by drilling/screwing a piece of 2x4 into wall under sink -- a couple months later, and now the bottom of disposal system itself is leaking severely), marks/scuffs all over the walls, spots on carpet, had us move in without them doing a walk-through with us (illegal--acted like they were helping us move in faster, but obviously didn't want us to see all the problems), cracked bathtub, broken screen on porch, broken bedroom window and screen (still broken after being "fixed" by maintenance), mystery black stuff in water thanks to water heater of unknown age (massive hassle to have replaced, HAD TO HAVE HEALTH DEPARTMENT COME IN AND TAKE WATER SAMPLES TO GET FIXED), Health Department inspects pool semi-frequently, catwalks NEVER cleaned unless complaint is filed to office, THEN the staff lie to you when you try to get a hold of corporate to file a complaint. If you call their bluff to get legally involved with them, they give you bullsh*t numbers to corporate, or if you do get a hold of someone from corporate, then the person you get a hold of VERY CONVENIENTLY "can't help you." The most you'll get from the office is $100 off one month's rent. We didn't take it, so we'd still have legal grounds to sue should too much more cr@p crop up. Again, the only way to get rent lowered (given the el-cheapo quality of the apartments) is to get a hold of...you guessed it...corporate, who is impossible to get a hold of. Did I mention they might, if you're lucky, give you a number to someone who either doesn't speak English, or has an accent so thick, you can have them repeat themselves 3-4 times and still not understand them? Staff treat you as if you're ignorant and incompetent when you talk to them about apartment issues. Very condescending. Their attitude is that you're privileged to live there, and that you can screw yourself if you want anything fixed, or the ridiculously high rent rent lowered given that the units are falling apart. Don't forget the regular break-ins - most windows sport stickers from various security companies letting you know they have alarms, etc. Severely regretting moving in with Camden, eagerly looking forward to the end of lease so we can move out. I rented from spring 10 through fall 10. ...

quiet, beautiful, well maintained, great management. Love it! I rent a 2 br 2 bath, i don't know why the rating scale doesn't allow for this. I rented from summer '06 through summer '07.
