This is a horrible complex. We had our car broken into, and several of our neighbors did as well. The woman living below us was attacked and assaulted in the middle of the night. When our lease was over we chose to move and they are trying to get us to pay a ton of bogus charges. They want us to replace the carpet and it looks exactly like it did when we moved in! They are also trying to get us to pay our last months utilities twice. And, when they added up all the charges they added wrong and they total MORE than they should (even if we do pay them all). It is so obviously a scam for money its disgusting. We are not getting our deposit back, but they want to charge us $100 for cleaning, $175 for painting and $45 for carpet cleaning (ABOVE the cost of replacing the carpet) even though we cleaned the place and left it spotless. We did not damage the apartment at all. We are not pet owners or smokers. This has been a horrible experience for us. Please dont rent here, you will regret it!
