Good luck getting anything fixed in your apartment without having them enter in while you are at work. If you need repairs done they require a 3 hour window time and the latest time you can reserve is 3PM. So if you work from 8-5PM? Good Luck! Parking is a nightmare! I had cars park in my assigned car port and when I called the office/night manager to call a tow they said "We don't tow. You can leave them a nice note though." So needless to say all guest parking is taken by 545PM every day and you'll have to park across the street or go stay at a friend's house if someone steals your car port. Paper thin walls just like any apartment complex. People sneak little dogs in and they YAP all day/night. With the harsh economic times, people are losing their homes and cramming 3 people in one bedrooms and 5 in two bedrooms which becomes a nightmare for parking and noise.
