There is drug traffic running in and out of her apartment 24/7, the majority of them are most likely AIDS patients and the management does absolutely nothing to stop it. The only reason this place has low rents is because it is section 8 and has income limits. The grounds look nice and are well-maintained, but don't let that fool you. This place is a ghetto with ghetto residents. If you can afford better, PLEASE rent somewhere else. You'll be awakened either by: the trains across the street, rude and loud neighbors who don't give a damn about you, police sirens, idiots driving cars with booming subwoofers, or loud riff raff walking around the neighborhood.
