Good Location, very quiet and peaceful place to study. Birds, and squirrels are always running around lush greenery in courtyard (with pool). Apartment is very spacious--the layout was well designed and is very comfortable for two people in each apartment, about 660 sq. feet, with two closets, dishwasher, patio, laundry on site (less than $1/load). Lease is one year. I love my apartment, though it is about a 10-15 minute drive to SJSU. Very close to food stores, movie theater, freeways, hospital. Also is cat friendly. Landlord is very nice and does not bother tenants. Plenty of parking for guests and covered parking for tenants. Is about half mile from bus stop. I love living here, it is a great value!
