This is not an apartment complex anyone wants to live in. The owners do not care about the tenants and if repairs need to be made they either never get done or it takes weeks. We have lived here 6 months and have nothing but trouble. The police are called to the complex on a regular basis. They say they are fixing it up and getting rid of problem tentants, but PLEASE do not believe them. Tenants have had cars towed because they can't seem to get the parking staight and someone is always parked in our spot, although we have never called to have those cars towed. The reason is because when we moved in we were told to park wherever there wasn't a marked spot. That's not the case with other tenants, if they have been parking in a spot, even if it's not marked, they will call and have you towed. Trust me, this is not a complex you want to even consider. They have changed the name to Santa Rosa Villas and have it listed as "Luxury Aparments Homes" - They are far far from this. I rented from spring '07 through summer '07. ...
