a month ago THIS PLACE SUX They just did so-called renovation added a couple of barbecue grills. No one uses some paint and some crappy ass flowers but the interiors are old as hell. My cabinet is literally deteriorating and a lot of the residents are complaining about roaches. I’m super clean and actually actually had them twice in my bathroom only Everyone’s on different leases, I pay one amount another person pays with amount. I had to go without a mailbox the whole summer mind you I had no notification as to where to pick up my mail so I assumed to go in lemon Grove, which was wrong had to go literally 4 miles by Mount Miguel high school to pick my mail up I had no mailbox the whole summer the washing machines never work ever never my father who is disabled, has to walk to the adjacent building in order for him to wash clothes. I’m not even sure if they’re fixed I heard it through the grapevine, there would be new ones November 22 but it’s so many loud barking mangy mutts in these apartments. I don’t even want to wash my clothes in the washing machines. A woman just moved her family out because they tried to charge her three grand a month three flipping grand.!!!! I’m not sure who the manager or maintenance man is now I guess there’s some guy who yelled in my home when I was cleaning up I didn’t appreciate that one bit! Have fun with them Maintenance request. Trash stays overflowing, My sink was leaking from Friday and just got fixed yesterday They have people with huge dogs, more animals than humans in the home. There must not have a size requirement, I guess not! Going to change the name Valle lol It’s like putting a dirty Band-Aid over a bullet wound??? ...
