This is a horrid place. It's literally a worst-case-scenario when it comes to rentals. It seems alright but aside from a number of other problems, the management is utterly crazy. I am a good tenant, I've had plenty of good-tenant experiences, I always pay my bills on time and I'm courteous and helpful. But the landlord here is a crazy hick and no matter what kind of person you happen to be, she will make your life miserable. If you don't believe me, ask around. Nobody goes back there.
