The Landlord/Management is terrible, and the resident manager violates all rights and will bother you constantly. The fixtures are old - fridge is old, so your electricity bill will always be high. The ovens are old, don't work well, the dishwashers are in terrible conditions. There's no microwave. The landlord will not disclose many faults when you sign the lease. If the previous tenant has died there, legally you are supposed to find out, but the landlord will does not tell you. The WATER is TERRIBLE!!!!!! It's brown, full of particles and rusty.
