I agree with these reviews, COMPLETELY!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!! I lived here for a year only for the fact that I needed a cheap place to live and I was desperate. Plus I had 2 roommates which helped so rent was cheap. But under different circumstances if I would have had the money to live somewhere else I most definitely would have! The managers are HORRIBLE! if you have a maintenance prob you have to ask more than once and keep reminding them. I had a sink leaking so bad that I had to put a pot under it and keep emptying out the pot. The managers took 5 days to finally come fix it that was AFTER I called twice and left a message and 2 reminder notes on their door. BTW if you LOVE hearing the manager yell at his wife calling her a B*!@ch and at 8am on a daily basis then this is not the place for you! This place is not worth it and YES it gets VERY hot in the summer!! The manager is very unprofessional she will tell you when you first more in that there are absolutely NO PETS! allowed. But then she will allow certain people to have them. Also there is never any parking if you love circling around looking for one after a long day at school/work have fun! Also, the security is horrible I got my car broken into while I lived there. I rented from fall '07 through fall '08. ...

It is a good place if you are looking for a cheap apartment that is furnished. It is not too luxurious though. It is much better for UCR students. It is on 1170 tripoli Street, right by the baseball field I rented from fall '04 through spring '06.
