I’m satisfied with the living here overall. It’s clean the neighbors are usually quiet and don’t make too much noise at 10 pm most of the people that work inside the apartments are College Students. Safety is also a good factor living here theirs a Police Station literally 150 feet away west from the main building. ...

The complex is within walking distance of the school, which is a huge bonus. The grounds are minimal but well kept. Even though the complex isn't gated, its location feels safe. The apartments are older but well maintained. I have been quite comfortable.
