My car was broken into twice within 3 years while parked within the "secured" parking of Villas of Renaissance in San Diego. Inspite of my notifying the rental office, the management had done NOTHING and had been rude about it. This had been the consensus of many tenents current and past. DO NOT LIVE HERE, YOU WILL REGRET SIGNING THAT CONTRACT! I rented from winter '04 through winter '06. ...
