While the prices are relatively low and the location is ideal for college students, the living area is incredibly disappointing. There are few perks such as a working computer and printer in the community office and a gym and pool area. The apartment is relatively big with a walk in closet. However, there is no extra storage space. The carpets are clean when you move in, yet a few months later dark spots start to appear. The parking lot does not have assigned parking, and by around 5pm every night the parking lot is completely full. The walls are thin making the apartment very cold during the winter and very hot during the summer with the AC only reaching the living room and the bedroom staying hot. At the first sign of rain, a leak started in the corner of the closet. When the leak was reported, the maintenance team simply patched the roof. When the next rain came, the leak started again. We had to keep a bowl under the leak for the rest of our stay. These apartments are affordable for college students, however it would be work the extra hundred or so a month to live in a better apartment. ...

A great place to live! Convenient to Vons shopping center. Very clean and well taken care of. Managers are excellent and maintenance is done immediately. I rented from summer '05 through spring '07.
