APARTMENTS ARE OK FOR THE PRICE, I PAID $1100 FOR A 2BD/1BTH WHICH I SHARED W/A ROOMMATE. THEY CHARGE YOU FOR ALL UTILITIES! THEY HAVE LITERALLY LIKE 20 COATS OF A PAINT ON EVERYTHING, BUT MAINTENANCE STAFF IS NICE EVEN IF IT TAKES THEM A FEW VISITS TO FIX PROBLEM. THE BIGGEST BIGGEST NIGHTMARE OF ALL IS THE PARKING, IF YOU GET HOME AFTER 5PM FORGET IT!!!! I'D GET HOME FROM CLASS AFTER 10PM ON SOME NIGHTS & HAVE TO HIKE 3 PARKING LOTS OVER JUST TO GET TO MY APT. THERE IS NO SECURITY ON THE PREMSIS AND AS USUAL THE GATE IS BROKEN!! I rented from fall '06 through summer '07. ...
