The lowest price in northridge. I currently pay about 1300 for a 1 bedroom. It's walking distance from 711 and CSUN, but that's about it. Grocery stores aren't super close especially because going either direction on Reseda is slow. Being in the middle of the valley is difficult having no freeways close by.
