Don't fall for the beauty of the property. Management is as dreadful as they come. They never follow through with anything, they lie, they're disrespectful and condescending. They are also not in a rent controlled area and trust me they use that to their advantage. The pools and jacuzzis are constantly broken and filthy. The quality of the building is horribly cheap. Expect $200-$300 increases in your monthly rent upon each lease renewal. They are completely unprofessional in every aspect. I can't stress this enough.... STAY AWAY. We've lived here for almost two years now and we are more than ready to make our escape. They are so frustrating to deal with; I've left the leasing office in tears.
