I would not recommend Crest 850 to anyone. During my one year there, the name changed with no heads up to us, security was barely there at all until our last month or two despite paying for that in our rent, the keys to the gates never worked, there was rarely any guest parking available, I was blocked from my parking spot and then two different tow companies never showed up and there was no street or guest parking so I was left unable to enter my apartment for a long time, our microwave broke and it took more than a week to get a new one with no communication from management about this, and management changed at least three or four times. On the off chance I was able to reach someone at the office, they were entirely unhelpful or gave wrong information that had a serious impact on me. When we moved out, the move out statement was not sent where the office staff told me it would be and they charged us for rent even after telling us we wouldn't be charged since we had moved out. I brought the issue up multiple times and they did nothing to make it right. We paid an awful lot of money for an awful lot of issues. Stay away from Crest 850! I rented from summer 2015 through spring 2016. ...
