I not only felt unsafe at LA Brezza but I was also unsatisfied with how well the staff kept up and controlled the place. Not only was the place loud at all hours (people were told to turn off music after ten but would still have parties inside the apartments), but the staff was unaccommodating in general. Many maintenance complaints took weeks of complaining before they were dealt with, and the majority of my deposit was taken for needed repairs against the contract. Most repairs were from previous tenants that were promised to be fixed in the span of my time living there. Overall unhappy experience; I wouldn't recommend this complex to anyone. ...
