The owner changed the rent on me about 10x. Raised it very fast and dropped it very very slow. IN the summer the heat is unbearble and the people downstairs cook onions every morning. There is nothing you can do about the smell. It's as if someone is cooking onions in your kitchen...there is somehting def wrong with this place. even the fan in the kitchen at full blast will not get rid of the smell. I rented from winter 10 through spring '03. ...
