Camden Martinique is right across Orange Coast College, which makes the commute to school much easier and faster, not to mention that walking to school helps the environment. I gave 3 stars for it being quiet because there's always some construction going on and it disturbed me when I'm sleeping or doing homework. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the maintenance team is always there to fix issues that happen in the house. Becareful of the leasing office they smile when you are looking but once you sign the lease watch out they are all bit.... Wish I would have looked up their rating before moving in I rented from fall '08 through fall '09.
