I recently moved out of Valentina by Alta. I have to say that Patrick was super helpful and informed me of all the move out procedures that I had to do before moving out. The overall experience at Valentina was great and the customer service was top notch. They really pay attention to your needs and make sure that everything is taken care of for you. The last resident event that I attended was great and I met a ton of other residents in the building. Super great community and if I was not moving out of state then I would choose to stay at Valentina. Refund check was already processed and mail out to me.
