If I could leave 0 stars I would. I am currently and have been a resident here since I was a child and adult me as well as child me can officially say, the NEW MANAGEMENT is stupid as FUCK! The parking situation has gotten out of hand. They claim the new rules are to "protect their residents" and "keep them safe" but how are you protecting your residents by telling them they can't park in a spot we basically pay for. Telling us we have to park on the streets where there IS NO PARKING AND IT IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS DUE TO GANG ACTIVITIES AND MEMBERS HANGING OUTSIDE THE COMPLEX! A security guard was shot and killed not too long ago and you guys are making RESIDENTS park in that environment. Especially women living alone that may come home late or mothers trying to walk home with their CHILDREN! They have mothers walking in the rain from the street to their apartment (all the way in the back of the complex) with their kids carrying groceries....how are you protecting them by doing this. Ridiculous, negligent and unfair! Need new management asap SHE is INCOMPETENT and NOT EMPATHETIC! TERRIBLE ALL AROUND ...
