Current Resident

On of the selling points that Legado Encino tries to sell is peace and safety. Neither of those can be found here. Multiple car breakins in the last couple months and numerous packages stolen. This is not the place for you if you want to relax and have a nice peaceful place to live. Management has only contacted us about these situations after writing reviews. It’s amazing how fast they care when they receive bad press but other than that they try and quiet you and do not let residents know about any crime in the building. It’s one big secret ...
