Incompetent and callous management. None of the tenents here that I know like the management and how they handle, or rather, dont handle problems. I have a bee infestation (NOTE, I STILL HAVE ONE), I complained about it a month ago, and they still haven't done anything to fix it, they keep saying they will, but they're all empty promises. There are so many complaints I have with this place, like my car getting broken into TWICE in their "SECURE PARKING LOT" which has an automatic gate that NEVER CLOSES, or getting brown water in the shower for a month, 75% broken washing machines and dryers that eat your change, maintenance delays, overwhelming amount of cigarette smokers, the amount of drug dealers in the complex is staggering as people have knocked on my door asking for it (I SWEAR!), Ghetto + Loud + Thug like neighbours a plenty, the overall shadyness of it, incompetent and callous management, paper thin walls between apartments (you can even hear your downstairs neighbor screwing), the list can keep going on and on and on and on forever. Chatsworth is a really nice town, I've lived in Chatsworth all my life, although the past year made me realize how such a terrible environment can exist within this community. Let me phrase all this in a different way. If you are an ex-convict who is used to rotten environments, or if you truly hate your life and want to exact negative karma upon yourself for that puppy you ran over last year, please, do move in here.
