- No Reserve Parking - No On Site Security - Party Community - Poor Management - Lazy Maintenance Staff and Office Staff - EVERYONE Qualifies - and then is Evicted - LADWP On Site at Least twice a week - Fire Alarms going off at least every other night - Drug Dealers on the 2nd Floor by Pool - Everyone has access to this community - Near by communities uses parking structures, residents left to park on streets - Loud Construction Noise Next Door - Work Orders - Must call at least 3 time before something is done - Manager - Mary - Refuses to speak with Residents - Assistant Manager - Jason - No Customer Service Experience - Maintenance Supervisor - Jun - Lazy and Forgetful - Management Company - Archstone-Smith - Does not understand Property Management Laws and Regulations - Archstone Warner Center - Nice Community Poorly Managed I rented from fall '08 through spring '09. ...
