Former Resident

in-house management and emmett och- who sucks..poor poor tenant/mgmt relationship.they allow smoking, noise and bully tenants that runs this location..and westchester llc no one knows who they are (closet owners), who only shows up for unlawful evictions...and the city of inglewood courts are hand-in-hand with them, smmfh ...
