Worst landlady ever! She only comes to pickup the rent. So if you have any problem, she'll never show up. One time I had break-in case, but she never came to take care of it. I had to close the window with a piece of wood. Also she never fixes anything. It took her four months to fix the heater, mailbox and the bathroom faucet. She had to fix them because the next day was the housing inspection day. I rented from fall '06 through spring '08. ...
