When you live in the apartment, getting notified for things well in advance is not a thing. You can’t even get a hold of the company itself for any sort of problem you’re having. You can request maintenance which they do come but if you’re not there when they come, you’ll be charged a $90 cancellation fee. They increase the rent every year on top of adding random fees like an elevator fee every month. The common areas aren’t too dirty but it’s definitely not clean and smells like cigarette smoke. I have asthma and I can smell cigarette smoke through my vent when I want to turn on the AC. The unit itself is spacious but that’s pretty much the only thing you’re paying so much for. ...
