I live in that complex for more than 2 years. Management was very unprofessional until Ms. Mayra came along. I was walking g in the second floor hallway and she greeted me and introduced herself along her beautiful babies. The welcoming center got a very great smell and positive massages were always placed that inspired me. Unfortunately I got married and my husband owned his home. Ms. Mayra is a great asset to villa de Adel. ...

It was a pleasure dealing with the complex Manager. Mayra went above and beyond to make the building feel like our home. She made us feel special by giving us a little gift on certain holidays. NC needs managers like Mayra.
