This place is horrible! The management is a joke, and are a bunch of racists! If you don't speak Spanish, good luck being taken seriously. There are cockroaches roaming freely at night, and the whole complex has a sour smell. Oh, and parking...don't even bother. There are VERY FEW visitor parking spots (there are about about ten on one side). However, most of these are taken by residents because there isn't even enough parking for them! If you want to visit there, you can park in the residential area or risk being towed at El Torasco. There are also horrible double standards when it comes to sound violations. Someone can get a violation for playing music "too loud" from, get this, 12:00 to 12:20am on a Saturday night, yet management allows their remodeling crew to start around 6:30 am!
