the landlord is horrible at responding to and fixing problems. They are very uncaring and shady. They were only willing to try to fix problems when an inspection was taking place. They also tried to bribe us to cover it up. I have had water dripping into my room from the bathroom upstairs all semester. My advice: STAY AWAY!!! (i subletted a room in spring 2009) I rented from spring '08 through spring '08. ...
