Units are small there isn't really a designated dining area. There is sufficient furniture but room chairs are bad(plastic school chairs) and always on order(they just want you to get your own chair). Bathrooms do not have vent fans. You get 2 under-bed drawers(one can be used as a cabinet) and if you double up you share a single closet. Walls are vulnerable to sound from outside,inside, and above. Cable ready but wire is stripped so you need to crimp a new one. Maintenance is unresponsive, gotta fix things on your own. Final Comments: Look for apartments elsewhere. I rented from fall '05 through spring '06. ...
