I would strongly recommend against living here. The management is incredibly unresponsive and sleazy. When I moved out, they added a bunch of unreasonable "security deposit" charges–repainting, weeding the yard, $800 for cleaning, etc... I emailed back to object, and ask for proof that we incurred damages, which is the landlord's obligation in CA if they charge against a security deposit. They never responded to my email, or multiple phone calls after to try to resolve the situation. Now I find out that they've sold this "debt" to a collections agency without ever responding to us about it. Very disappointed, to say the least. Fine place to live, but not worth the credit rating hit from sleazy management! ...
