Do you like loud music? Do you like to be serenaded by an endless stream of idiots and their excessively loud car stereos? This complex is bordered by 1st street and Stanley/Railroad Ave. You will wake up to idiots and loud music and you will go to sleep to idiots and their loud music. It never ends! Apparently, this is the starter residence for every precious snowflake in Livermore who announces their arrival by throwing a party and turning up their stereo as loud as possible until the police arrive. I lived in Fremont and San Jose the past 10 years and have never encountered such a bunch of ignorant trash as this place. This is nothing more than a three-story trailer park. I think the people in a trailer park would be better behaved by far. To the east is KFC, south is Jack in the Box, north is a bowling alley, south is McDonalds and a liquor store. You are surrounded by stupid-magnets and the noise level never drops. I can't imagine less insulation used in a building. Every step by the apartment above you will be heard, every argument by the couple below you will be audible. Expect every single thing that can break in your apartment to break. Dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, toilet. If it can fail it will and don't expect it to be fixed the first or even second time. It takes 30 seconds just to lock my front door. Then you have the idiots who set off the fire alarm for fun. A special note about parking: if you have an assigned parking space you might be able to park if some trailer park tweaker isn't parking there illegally, but the office won't tow their car to teach them a lesson. There are about 20 open parking spaces out of 200 for people that don't live here. You will have to park across the street at BofA, just don't be parked there between 9am and 5pm or your car will be towed. There is absolutely no parking here if you do not have an assigned parking space. For a 1-bedroom apartment, I pay $100 for PG&E, $65 for water and garbarge. Most people with 3 bedroom houses in Livermore don't pay that much. Security is non-existent, if you don't count that guy that sits at the main dumpster smoking weed all night and sleeping in his car. Then several times a year, you get the lame 1st street festivals with traffic congestion and even louder music than normal. In twenty years I have never lived in a bigger s**thole, plus they keep jacking up the rent every single year like clockwork. I rented from fall '05 through winter '08. ...
