Not only their staff is unprofessional, they lack of phone etiquette and they have no class. When there's a REAL issue in the premises, they deny the facts instead checking their security cameras they brag they have. Now, in this place, they have moved the worst of the ghetto from all different states. I remember in 2004 and 2005, the Ashton being one of the top communities in the Inland Empire.Since I moved in to the projects (Sorry the Ashton), I have personally seen numerous drug and steroid deals happening at their parking lot at all times of the day; sometimes even by the main pool, check your cameras idiots, but guess what they don't give a rats butt about anyone safety, all that Erika and Natasha care is that you pay the rent or they will replace you with a new tenant. Now in the past few weeks, there's a group of thugs that gather at the entrance of the premises right outside the management office on a dark colored limo tint Tahoe XL and drink in public, 1 of the thugs even broke in to the complex when the gate opened with an open bottle of Corona beer on hand that he was zipping out of, public intoxication is a crime and this can lead to other major crimes. What's going on parents, are you willing to let this kind of situations slip through our hands and having our kids in the premises being harmed by one of these idiots. What if one of these thugs abuses a kid from our community, are we suppose to wait for this to happen so we can take action' Is there any parents in the management staff that live in the premises' Does this hit any close to home''. Oh before we go any farther, a neighbor already suffered last weekend from the lack of security Equity supplies to our community, this was brought to the Manager Erika and unfortunately she replied "We have lives too you know, we only rent apartments". Well, this poor guy had his new car ransacked this past weekend. Why we have to pay for the bad decisions of our managers that want to save to the last penny to prove they're worthy of their position and demonstrate the regional manager they can make more money to their ridiculously rich corporate' On top of everything, the management office will not accept all this is happening. Another news, we have a group of young adults that gather every other week at the very top of the parking lot on Parkside Dr., they drink and use drugs for hours on the weekends, and right on the parking lot and again no one says a word. I know for a fact there's parents that have expressed on small talk by the mailboxes they can't say anything because they don't want problems. People is scared, WTF!!!! Is this the kind of security we need' I mean this alone breaks the CA Civil Code in the most basic articles and management is not willing to do anything about it'' Of course they're not, because it's us the community that needs to address this matter and make them provide a safe community to our families. It's not that difficult, but we all have to CARE. About their management staff, personally I think you don't do a good element out of all of them combined. And that's the bottom line because I said so...... I rented from spring 10 through winter 11. ...
