the apartments are not that good. Everything is old, the windows get molds around, the kitchen cabinets stink and tiny pieces crumble off the cabinets and fall into the dishes. It stinks inside the apartment of cat urine, because the flooring from under is old and they didn't bother to replace it, even though we had new carpet. Eileen (the manager) has been giving threats and warnings of eviction to families with kids because the kids were outside playing and because they were loud. The older neighbors are bothered by kids playing outside. So, Eileen has put an illegal curfew on the kids and does not allow the kids to be outside after the dusk, which in winter is after 5:00 p.m. Sometimes she was even telling the kids to go home at around 4pm. The law allows kids to play outside , even though they are loud, as they are not unreasonably loud. But Eileen is satisfying her own needs for 24/24 "quiet and peace enjoyment". This is a need that satisfies only the older people. The kids are legally allowed to play outside, but the manager has been violating the rights of families with kids and has been discriminating against lots of such families. Please don't waste your money, your time and your mental health! It's not worth it, unless you are without kids or if you have only dogs, that's fine. Actually the problem is that many of the residents at Foxworth and the manager have mental issues. They take strong pills, which as a side effect gives irritation from a slight noise. That's why they want it to be quiet 24/24. Another issue is the fact that the windows are not good. They're very bad and any sound from outside can be heard. I had a miserable life at Foxworth during the last year. I even developed anxiety while being outside, because each time I was going outside with the kids, Eileen and her old friends were intimidating and harassing us and the kids, they were watching us closely to catch the kids make a mistake, to have afterwards an excuse to have us evicted within 3 days. That is just insensitive and evil towards families with kids. Several families have moved out because they are afraid of illegal eviction. The manager and a few neighbors cannot see people happy, enjoying themselves outside. Eileen wants everybody to be inside even during day time. When you go around Foxworth , everybody's inside, it's depressing. So please, do not move there! For your own mental health and for your family's health, go to a place where you see kids outside happy enjoying themselves. Foxworth looks good from outside, " wrapped in a nice package", but inside it's evil! ...
